You’ve heard that exercise will built up an appetite? Well, that isn’t necessarily true, in fact, exercise can help you curb your exercise.

Working out and keeping your weight down, maintaining a healthy body is a goal we all want. Start substituting foods high in fat with lower or no fat. If you have just returned from a good long walk, and you are feeling hungry, drink a big tall glass of water or sugar free fruit drink. Snack on fruit, or raw veggies, they fill you up, and are good for you. This helps explain it more.

Do you have a sweet tooth? There are a lot of sweets that have no fat, such as gum drops, or hard candy, but remember, moderation is key. Always look at the label and it will tell you the fat content.

Try broiling your meats, or cook them on a grill, using marinades low in fat. Grilling is a wonderful way to add flavor to fish, meats and veggies. Top off your meals with fresh fruit. Cut up a variety of fruits and top it off with non fat yogurt. Iced sherbert and low fat ice cream are yummy. Look around and you will find plenty of goodies to satisfy your hunger and sweet tooth.
